Testimony
Before trying Bowen Therapy, I had chronic hip pain and pain on the left side of my neck. Both would cramp at times which was very painful. Most of the time it was somewhere between a sharp pain upon waking and a dull ache most of the time. Both disrupted my sleep frequently. After two sessions, my hip pain was almost gone, what was still present would disappear quickly upon waking. My neck pain is at least 50% reduced after three sessions.
Brooke asked a lot of questions specific to my areas of concern, explains everything she is going to do and asks follow up questions at the next visit. An added bonus has been longer quality sleep.
The setting is comfortable, she is professional and respectful and very knowledgeable on body mechanics and how to help specific problems.
